1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making reservations and using the hotel services provided by Hospitality Services Adamska & Pajek s.c.
The Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the agreement concluded with the Guest. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are available on the website and at the reception desk.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made:
via the reservation form on the website,
by telephone,
by e-mail,
in person at the reception desk.
During the reservation process, the Guest provides the necessary details: name and surname, contact information, stay dates, number of guests, and, if applicable, invoice details.
A reservation may be:
Guaranteed – upon advance payment (deposit) in the amount specified in the reservation confirmation.
Preliminary – valid for the period agreed with the reception; it expires automatically if no advance payment is made.
Dymer confirms reservations by e-mail.
3. Payment Terms
The prices of services are specified in the price list available on the website and at the reception desk.
Dymer reserves the right to change prices depending on the season, promotions, and room availability.
Payment for the stay may be made:
by bank transfer,
by debit or credit card,
in cash at the reception desk.
For guaranteed reservations, the Guest pays a deposit, which is credited toward the cost of the stay.
4. Cancellation and Modification of Reservations
The Guest may cancel a reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the Guest does not arrive on the agreed date, the reservation is canceled, and the deposit is forfeited.
Changing the reservation date is possible subject to availability and agreement with the reception.
5. Stay Conditions
The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date until 12:00 noon on the departure date.
The Guest is obliged to comply with fire safety and occupational health and safety regulations.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises except in designated areas.
Hospitality Services Adamska & Pajek s.c. may refuse further service to a person who violates public order, fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, or is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.
6. Liability
Hospitality Services Adamska & Pajek s.c. is liable for the loss or damage of items brought by the Guest in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
The company is not liable for the loss or damage of cars, bicycles, or other vehicles left in the unguarded parking area.
The Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of property in the Dymer facility caused by them or accompanying persons.
In the event of damage, Hospitality Services Adamska & Pajek s.c. has the right to charge the Guest for the costs of repair or replacement of the damaged property.
7. Pets
Pets are allowed subject to prior arrangement with the reception.
The pet owner is obliged to provide proper care and bears full responsibility for any damage caused by the animal.
8. Complaints
The Guest has the right to file complaints regarding the quality of the services provided.
Complaints may be submitted in writing, by e-mail, or in person at the reception desk.
Hospitality Services Adamska & Pajek s.c. will review complaints within 14 days of receipt.
9. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services shall apply.
The Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of their publication on the website dymer.eu.
Hospitality Services Adamska & Pajek s.c. reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, provided that any amendments will not infringe upon Guests’ acquired rights.
